Philosophy
My strength in recruiting has always been working one-on-one with both my candidates and my employers. Rather than work with masses of companies and candidates, I prefer to work more closely with a fewer number. I believe by taking the time to listen to what an individual is really looking for, be it an employer or a candidate, I can do a better job of assisting them. This also means that sometimes I have to tell someone that I can't help him or her and suggest someone else who may be better suited to assist him or her.
Experience
I began my career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation in an Operations Management role, then moved on to Field sales with Fasco Industries. I joined MRI Sales Consultants in 1980 as an Account Executive. After seven successful years as a recruiter in Electrical, Electronics and Industrial sales, I opened Management Recruiters of Noblesville. I am the General Manager of our office.
