While most candidates are submitted through HR, we have developed a strong relationship with the Hiring Manager. We literally have hundreds of conversations with the decision makers of many companies every day. You will get a personal introduction selling your strengths and experience directly to the person responsible for the hiring decision.
We focus on certain industries where we can have the most impact and provide the greatest value. Our relationships within our focus industries also provide us with knowledge of opportunities that are never advertised giving you an advantage.
