Steve began his career as a recruiter in 1997, joining Manta Resources, Inc. in 1999. He works with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing talent from Vice President and Director Levels to technical driven individual contributors.
In 2001 Steve achieved the designation of Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM), the highest rank awarded to recruiters in the MRINetwork®, one of the world’s largest search and recruitment organizations. He has also consistently earned Pacesetter awards for his achievements in the industry. Of his many achievements, Steve is particularly proud of his involvement in helping 2 Fortune 500 companies (on 2 separate occasions) experiencing rapid growth acquire 25 high performing additions to their teams within a 6 month period.
Steve’s experience before becoming a part of Manta Resources, Inc. includes a BS in Business 10+ years in Human Resource Leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies.
FUN FACT: Steve can proudly trace his Scotch/Irish history all the way back to 1702 when his family landed in America. His Great, Great, Great Grandfather received his Pennsylvania land as a “pension award” for his service in the American Revolution.
