New Business Development Manager

Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth Aerospace industry . We looking for a New Business Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and landing significant new business customers who require precision, high quality injection molding services

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management, R&D, Engineering to identify and prioritize market segments to attack
  • Identify new customer opportunities through personal networking and trade shows
  • Leverage company differentiators (i.e. rapid prototyping, collaborating in integrated molding and assembly capabilities) to develop strong customer relations
  • Develop and maintain market and competitor database
  • Vet all opportunities and develop sale funnel for prioritizing leads

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of selling injection molding services
    • Previous industries experience in aerospace is required for this role
  • Strong value selling ability
  • Independent and self-starter
  • College education is preferred

Position:

  • Permanent Full-time Employee
  • Pay: 120-140k + Bonus/Commission
