New Business Development Manager

Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth Aerospace industry . We looking for a New Business Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and landing significant new business customers who require precision, high quality injection molding services
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management, R&D, Engineering to identify and prioritize market segments to attack
- Identify new customer opportunities through personal networking and trade shows
- Leverage company differentiators (i.e. rapid prototyping, collaborating in integrated molding and assembly capabilities) to develop strong customer relations
- Develop and maintain market and competitor database
- Vet all opportunities and develop sale funnel for prioritizing leads
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of selling injection molding services
- Previous industries experience in aerospace is required for this role
- Strong value selling ability
- Independent and self-starter
- College education is preferred

Position:
- Permanent Full-time Employee
- Pay: 120-140k + Bonus/Commission
- Travel: Depending on trade shows/customer visits etc
