Human Resources Manager

This privately held plastic injection molding manufacturer is looking for their next HR Manager at their corporate headquarters. The HR manager will lead the HR department with it’s primary responsibilities being recruiting, retention and training responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with leadership, develop planning efforts to reach strategic goals.
- Work closely with groups of people in a manufacturing environment including suppliers, sub-contractors, vendors, and other outside professionals.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, including interviewing and selecting candidates to hire.
- Implement personnel policies and procedures.
- Direct investigations of workers comp claims
- Provide guidance to management in implementing and communicating with personnel.
- Review salary levels and provide guidance when analyzing employee salaries.
Qualifications:
- BS in HR, Business, or Personnel Administration or comparable experience
- 5 + years of HR Experience in a manufacturing environment
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Knowledge of areas of employment law, benefit polices and procedures
- Knowledge of IATF16949 standards are a plus

Position:
- Permanent Full-time Employee
- Shift: M-F, regular business hours
- Pay: 60-90k+ (Depending on Experience)
