Maintenance Manager

Due to a rapid increase in production we are looking for a Maintenance Manager. This women-owned company produces extruded PVC piping and custom cores along with injection molding fittings. They do custom work, as well.
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to support 7 extrusion lines, 3 molding lines and ancillary equipment
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production in order to perform preventative maintenance
- Electrical, mechanical troubleshooting of single and twin screw extruders
- Assist in training and directing Maintenance Technicians
- Track and report on equipment performance
Qualification:
- Previous maintenance experience on single or twin screw extruders
- Strong Inter-personal and supervisory skills
- HS diploma, Secondary Education preferred
