Production Manager

Due to a rapid increase in production we are looking to fill the Primary Production Manager Position. This women-owned company produces extruded PVC piping and custom cores along with Injection Molded fittings and custom parts.
We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee 7 extrusion lines, 3 molding machines and 30 employees over 3 shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule production
- Coordinate material handling
- Oversee operation and troubleshooting of extrusion lines and molding process as needed
- Work with Sales department to evaluate current tooling or acquire new tooling to produce custom pipe, profiles and molded products
- Oversee Maintenance personnel
Qualifications:
- Plastic extrusion and/or molding experience a plus but not required
- Strong supervisory experience, especially in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Experience with managing growth
