Extrusion Supervisor

A well established plastic extrusion company is looking for an Extrusion Supervisor at their 50K sq ft 24/5 manufacturing facility in Ohio. They have been constantly busy during the COVID19 economic downturn so are able to provide consistent work and the ability to be promoted to a supervisors level. Their culture is one of safety and constant learning. They have a strong commitment to continue to invest in their people as well as continually updating and maintaining their equipment with future plans including additional extrusion lines and another building expansion.
Responsibilities:
The Extrusion Supervisor will maintain a high degree of leadership and supervisory skills including:
- Evaluate, Develop, and Train Teammates
- Conduct shift meetings for Safety and Production items as instructed by Management
- Provide Technical leadership to shift personnel
- Assign personnel to extrusion lines or production areas
- Oversee line or area rotations and breaks during shift
- Control materials to eliminate waste
Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership Experience
- Plastics Extrusion Experience
