Clinical Manager
My client, a hospital-owned Physician practice in central Indiana, is seeking a caring, compassionate Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations related to nursing care in line with clinical practice standards.
We’re looking for someone who respects the needs and rights of all individuals, will advocate for others, and respects the privacy and confidentiality of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical nursing care
- Supervise clinical staff
- Collaborate with managers and directors
- Participate in reviews of patient outcomes, quality assurance results, budget/goal achievement, and performance/productivity
Qualifications:
- Associate’s in Nursing required. Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
- 5+ years of professional nursing experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a medical practice
- Current Indiana License
- BLS certified
- Knowledge of clinical advancements and trends, clinical coding and billing, employee development, and nursing practice principles and techniques
