Regional Sales Manager – Residential / Light Commercial HVAC

 

Job Description

Drive increased sales in the South/Central Wisconsin area for Residential and Light Commercial HVAC products. Provide world-class service, support and training to increase knowledge of the Company’s products, sales and service offerings. Key activities include relationship building with major home builders,  contractors, dealers, and developing a distribution strategy to enhance product pass through and optimizing ROI for all channel partners.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales/business strategy and expand the market position.
  • Ensure that agreed sales targets and customer service levels are achieved or exceeded within agreed budget costs and framework of the business (with a focus on profitability).
  • Develop new customers to support the achievement of growth targets.
  • Develop new processes to improve lead conversion.
  • Attend necessary trade shows to promote products and enhance relationships
  • Monitoring of competitor activities/market trends.
  • Cross-functional communication with various departments to ensure the best customer experience and consistent achievement of sales targets.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. (Business or Marketing discipline preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience on the regional or territory level with demonstrated ability to support and increase sales, utilizing a strategic and planned approach.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC industry experience.
  • An entrepreneurial and analytical way of thinking.
  • High-level performer, excellent problem-solver
  • Willingness to accept additional challenges and grow into a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Goal oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently.
