Outside Sales Professional

A custom plastics manufacturer is looking to bring on a proactive outside sales representative to facilitate the growth of the Michigan market.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Accountable for achieving sales growth and customer retention goals

-          Selling the entire line of company products and services

-          Prospect, negotiate and close sales

-          Nurture a direct sales and customer relationship

-          Work with Sales Manager to create a territory sales plan and provide status updates

Core Competencies:

-          Independent with high standards, self-motivated to accomplish goals

-          Ambitious, confident seller who is skillful in emotional aspects of a sale

-          Collaborative, someone who will work with and through others

Qualifications:

-          5 years of progressive sales experience (minimum of 1 year of outside sales)

-          Business to Business industrial, consumer product, and OEM sales

-          Technical sales and experience in custom plastics/rubbers preferred

-          Ability to work from home office 1-3 days per week and travel to clients
