HR Manager

The HR Manager at this high-speed food manufacturer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR Department including administration, coordination, and evaluation of training staffing, employee relations, and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-          Employment- Develop and administer effective recruitment and retention programs

-          Develop and administer training programs

-          Review of job classifications, which includes classifying exempt and non-exempt employees

-          Evaluating Wage Scales

-          Reporting KPI administration

Education/Experience:

-          BS in HR Management or related field

-          Minimum of 3-5 years related experience

-          Strong ability to establish effective relationships with management, staff, hourly employees

-          Effective communication skills in both written and oral forms
