Quality Service Manager

This metal stamping manufacturer is seeking a Quality Service Manager to lead a team of Quality Engineers, Techs, Auditors, and Internal Customer Service, professionals. The purpose of this position is to develop systems and procedures to continually improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

-          Develop systems and procedures to monitor & continually improve customer satisfaction

-          Lead all quality assurance improvement projects

-          Employ structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis

-          Establish strong relationships with key customers

-          Lead auditor certified

 

Education and Experience

-          Technical: 5 years in the quality field with a minimum of 3 years in a management role

-          Industry: deep draw stamping and lean manufacturing experience, preferred.

-          Leadership experience within AS91000, ISO 13485 or TS 16949

-          Bachelors in quality, engineering or equivalent experience
