The qualified candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
  • A strong sense of integrity being firm but fair with their associate and management teams.
  • A strong Labor relations background in a union environment.
  • Previous experience conducting internal investigations.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.



The applicant hired will be responsible for:

  • Administering human resources, team building, labor relations, and training to a group of 400+ FT associates and around 600+ at peak.
  • Recruiting, ensuring adherence to corporate policy and procedures, conducting orientation, and benefits administration.
  • Employee relations – We need someone who will conduct investigations on anything from small to large reports and complaints.
  • Partnering with Operations leaders to ensure accountability on policies/procedures are enforced consistently.
  • Maintaining legal compliance.
  •  Lead a team of 3 in Admin and Payroll.
