Clinical Recruiter

Responsible for recruiting sources and strategies for clinical positions within a hospital setting (Nurses, Therapies etc). Documents and analyzes the effectiveness of recruiting methods like social networking and other methodologies. Organize and coordinates the orientation programs for new employees. Collaborates with Manager, Compensation/HRIS, develops and maintains a basic structure for making salary recommendations for new hires and internal transfers. 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of true recruiting experience in a clinical setting
  • Bachelor's degree and experience related to the staffing function
  • Union experience preferred

Direct reports to the HR manager. This candidate has to have a high acuity for customer service, a team player and someone who wants to do a full cycle recruiting.
