This Multi-system hospital has been providing the Indianapolis area for over 50 years.  This not for profit system has provided a solid menu of medical services over the years.   The growth has NEVER stopped.    In addition to acquiring the land around the original hospital setting, they have continued to broaden the services offered.  It should also be mentioned various locations around the Indianapolis area and supporting counties have been established.  A Heart hospital was opened next to the North location with a Bridgeway to the main hospital. 

The position of Director Quality & Risk will report to the Network Executive Director of the Quality Resources/ Risk Management department. This position will be responsible for all Q&A for two hospitals in the multi-system healthcare facility.  THis nursing leader will communicate to the Chief Clinical and Chief Executive Officer as well as the Chief Nursing officer including all of the leadership team.   

This position will require:


  • 7 or more years of nursing experience with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive quality management administrative experience in a healthcare setting are a must. This nursing leader must articulate strong communication, both verbal and written!
  • BSN AND MASTER's prepared or level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a  Masters degree preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • CPHQ/CPHRM certification within 3 years of employment. 
  • Must have current licensure in the State of Indiana (not a compact state).
