Director of Sales (Oklahoma) 

  • Achieving the highest quality of sales through product expertise and continuous improvement of sales skills
  • Managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the region: Oklahoma and Kansas.
  • Recruiting new members and developing a highly technical sales team
  • Developing senior management relationships at key accounts
  • Manage National Account assignments 
  • Designing and recommending sales and marketing programs
  • Setting short and long term sales strategies
  • Key account management including growth and margins
  • Establish annual training programs for the sales team to improve sales skills
  • Report to Senior Vice President of Sales

 Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in sales and management in distribution of rotating equipment
  • Experience selling to end-users
  • Technical degree is a plus
  • Ability to motivate employees to meet goals and promote positivity
  • Must be customer-driven, responsible and reliable
