Industrial Engineering Manager

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and have a minimum 7+ years of experience leading an engineering team in a retail distribution or fulfillment center environment. To specify, the right candidate must have experience with full-scale CapX projects, vendor negotiations and selection, DC layout, and general project management. Qualified candidates must also have experience managing an engineered standards program as well as continuous and process improvement projects. The final requirement is that successful applicants must have previous experience managing other associates or engineers directly.



The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Process Improvement.
  • Layout and design projects.
  • Ergonomics and workstation set up.
  • Engineered labor standards with a Pay for performance incentive.

This manager will also be responsible for leading a team of 2 labor admins and two other in-house engineers.
